Foundation Directors
Erich Bagen is a program officer at the Tiger Foundation, a New York-based
nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in New York City through grant making in preemptive
programs focused on education, job training, social services, and youth development. Previously, Mr.
Bagen held positions at McKinsey & Company, Rho Ventures, and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Bagen graduated from
the University of Chicago, and holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University.
Carrie Hadler is a graduate of Brown University where she majored in economics
and history. Following graduation, Ms. Hadler worked in the broadcasting industry in Providence, Rhode Island and Accra,
Ghana. She has also worked as a journalist for monthly magazines in China and India. Pursuing her interests in education
and music, Carrie returned to Michigan where she works with AmeriCorps in a Detroit charter middle school and runs the
independent record label Top Magic Records.
Anne Hiller holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University
and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Ms Hiller has held senior executive positions with several
successful Silicon Valley start-ups. She is currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for
Venture Capital, Private Equity and Entrepreneurial Finance at Michigan State University and the Alumni
Advisory Board of the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
Greg Lewis is a management consultant and a partner at McKinsey
& Company. He is a native of Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Harvard College in 1986
where he studied Russian, Soviet History and Computer Science. Mr. Lewis received
his MBA from the University of Michigan in 2001. He has also lived and studied in Spain
and the Soviet Union. Mr. Lewis worked as both a Proctor and an Assistant Dean at the
Harvard Summer School in the mid-1980s.
Stephen R. Miller is a land use and environmental attorney at the law firm
of Reuben & Junius LLP in San Francisco, California. He graduated from
Brown University with a degree in English and American Literature, and
holds a Master in City and Regional Planning from University of California,
Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings
College of Law. He is also on the advisory board of the Center for
Resource Efficient Communities at University of California, Berkeley. Stephen is a native of Dayton, Ohio.
Elisa A. Ostafin, M.D. is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department
of Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan School of Medicine. Dr. Ostafin
graduated from Dartmouth College, Wayne State University School of Medicine and
completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan where she
has held a faculty appointment since 1985.
Michael S. Pritula is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where
he works with leading corporations on strategic, organizational, and operational issues.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Pritula held positions at Bain & Company and General
Motors. Mr. Pritula graduated from Princeton University, and holds an MBA degree from Stanford
University. Mr. Pritula serves on the boards of New York-Presbyterian Hospital,
The School of Risk Management at St. John's University, and the Alumni Advisory Board
of the Princeton University Press Club.
Clint Wallace is a law student at New York University. He previously
served as the chief speechwriter for Senator Carl Levin of Michigan,
and for Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm. Mr. Wallace attended
Princeton University where he graduated from the Woodrow Wilson School
of Public and International Affairs. |
